A great thing about the waters around the Middle Florida Keys is that you typically don’t have to travel far to bend the rod on jack, snappers, barracuda, sharks, sea trout and many other inshore species. The Florida bays shallow calm waters are perfect for kids fishing trips. Getting seasick is not an issue on our backcountry fishing trips as the deepest water we will likely see is around 10ft.
